Add Weight on Your Exercise Routine



Do not confuse with the tittle of my post. I am talking about free weight gadget or dumbbell like the picture below!


This weight are design for women like us. It is not heavy as we think it is, but this baby can help us loose more weight. Apparently most women thinks that holding like this while we exercise can make us more bulky and masculine. The good news is, it is only a myth. These are from the fact that female can not produce and make testosterone as males naturally do. Testosterone are present only to male that is responsible for the increasing of their muscle size. However if you see a woman with a bulky figure and we know that she lift weights, it's because it's her own choice to be like that. They use a synthetic testosterone  to gain some bulkiness and they take it along with the other drugs to maintain it.

 For women the word building muscle is like using some weights on our routine. And building muscle increases our resting metabolic rate, the number of calories that our body burns when it's doing nothing at all. Weight lifting for women increases our resting metabolic rate by 15 % for 12 weeks. Also using weight or lifting free weight is more efficient than using a machine. So it is wise to have your own weights gadget at home than going to a gym and use some machine exercise.

  7. Men or women need a regular exercise. It is a must for them to stay healthy and energetic. Women have to tone their muscles by putting or carrying weights like dumbbells in their exercise.

  15. This is what my sister wants to achieve this coming year. She used to be fat pero ngayon, sexy na. She does turbo kick box. Next nmn is to tone her muscles yahoo! :)

  17. I don't like women who are too bulky. I mean, I regularly go to the gym to put on weight and stay healthy and I believe it's important to do so.

    But the aim should be to slim down, not bulk up. Those are two different things :D

    Just an opinion.
