I really don't have any idea about satchel bag until recently while taking a break on blogging and have a koreanovela marathon of "City Hunter" my eyes spotted all the bags that wear by the leading actress Park Min Young played Kim Na Na a security agent, wear only one kind of bag that has a strap on it. Although she used a lot of different bags on the episodes they all have one in common, all of them have straps; not handbag nor shoulder bag but a kind of bag that has a strap which is called satchel.
According to wikipedia: a satchel is a bag often have a strap, worn that it diagonally crosses the body, with the bag hanging on the opposite hip rather than directly hanging down on the shoulder. Briefcase is the common type for satchel but unlike briefcase, satchel is smaller having soft fabric or leather and has a long strap.

I'm a fan of city hunter! But instead of watching it on TV, i just borrowed a DVD. I like the fashion sense of that girl.
