
Not everyone can take to eat . There are some, though, many cannot eat without having their food spicy hot, even to the point that the real taste of the food was no longer on its own taste. For the spicy food eaters, nothing is better than having it chili hot because the favors are good for you.
Eating spicy foods is learned in the long run. You have to be willingly do so you can have your part in overcoming the hotness. As you get yourself used to it you will find yourself being able to take it hotter than before. There is a way to intake it, that will give you less burning sensation especially when you are a beginners. First, never let the spice touch your lips. When you do, it is hotter than it really is because your lips are more sensitive than your tongue. Next, try it with other condiments like soy sauce, fish sauce or vinegar. You may find yourself squeezing one but later you might find yourself squeezing five at a time. If you think you had taken more than you can bear, eat fresh tomatoes or let sugar stay in your mouth. Water will not seem to be enough help, besides, you will only get full because of too much water trying to get the burning sensation away.
Why eat hot chili foods anyway? Apart from the palatable satiation, the spice is really good for the health. Habitual eating of such will prevent you to have any heart ailment. It is also a way to keep your weight down or at least it will not gain as long as your food intake does not exceed for the worse. Contrary to popular belief, eating spicy foods may cause for hemorrhoids. Another good thing with spicy foods. stomach ulcers are beginning to healed by frequent eating of hot foods. The main ingredient capsaicin, really does health wonders that can keep you away from the hospital. Besides, it is anti-carcinogen.

ReplyDeleteI'm not really aware of the benefits taken from eating spicy hot chili. I just heard from others that chili is good for the heart, I'm not convinced. What I know little about these spicy or hot chili, it relieves pain or soothes the body from pain.

ReplyDeleteI am not that much inclined to eating spicy foods, although some dishes are really good to eat with a pinch of the good old sili taken from my neighbor's backyard. hehehe! Also, there's the very convenient sukang pinakurat in case one needs it.
