The most beautiful preggy celebrity I have ever seen has finally gave birth to a healthy bouncing boy named Milan. Shakira gave birth on January 22, 2013 at 9:36 pm in the hospital of Barcelona, Spain.
She announces the good news in her website, stating: “Just like his father, baby Milan became a member of FC Barcelona at birth”. Gerard Piqué is the proud father of baby Milan, a Spanish footballer who plays a centre-back for FC Barcelona.
The complete name of their son is Milan Piqué Mebarak who was born at 6lbs, 6 oz. and according to the hospital both are in excellent health.
Shakira explained that the name Milan (pronounced as MEE-lahn), means: dear, loving and gracious in Slavic; in Ancient Roman translates to eager and laborious; and in Sanskrit, unification.
Shakira was able to post a tweet in her account hours before she gave birth: "I'd like to ask you all to accompany me in your prayers on this very important day of my life. Shak."
Congrats Shakira and Gerald, welcome in this world Baby Milan.
