I have been told that diabetes can only
detect by accident or if resulted in many complications and you seek advices from a doctor, unless
you inherited it from your family who has a history of diabetes and usually it
attack older people than younger ones. Diabetes is a dreadful disease: you don’t
want to ignore it nor dishearten by it, because we can actually battle it by
changing what we ate and our lifestyle.
According to Wikipedia, Diabetes is a group of
metabolic diseases in which a person has high blood
sugar, either because the pancreas does not produce enough insulin, or because cells do
not respond to the insulin that is produced. This high blood sugar produces the
classical symptoms of frequent urination, increased
thirst and increased hunger.
Diabetes is treatable since insulin is available as medications, however
symptoms and other complication may arise when not treated early and properly.
Consult a doctor.
If
you know that your family has a history of diabetes chances is you will develop
it sooner and what is best to address the issue is to seek help and
recommendations of a doctor on what you should take and prevent to delayed or maintained
free diabetic life.

We
all know that smoking, drugs, and drinking too much can deteriorate our health
and if you continue patronize these vicious it will speed up and increase your
blood sugar. If you can’t avoid these vices for yourself then do it for your
love ones who will suffer most when your health is giving up.
Keep Moving.
Exercise can prolong life and most especially recommended for diabetic person since they tend to eat more and gain
weight easily. Exercise can decrease insulin resistance, which helps your
body use glucose and insulin in a more normal way.
Consume Healthy
Foods.
Aside from fruits, vegetable, preventing sweets and carbohydrates
food you can also consume green tea and a teaspoon of apple cider vinegar which
slow down the rise of blood sugar. One can also drink coffee if it has only a
little of sugar or substitute for milk just for the taste. Avoid sweetener or any sugar substitute as there is no evidence that these sweetener are safe for intake.
