
I have been seeing Zalora in
every webpage that I visit and it somehow magnetizes me to purchase something. Zalora
is an online store of clothing, shoes and accessories and their products are
compose of branded and unbranded line of apparels.
Actually my purchase on the site
was just an accident, I never thought that purchasing through cash on delivery or COD will be accepted
since my place is in the province but to my surprise a successful message was
sent in my email and the order will took 4 to 7 days prior to my date of order.
Well that’s life anyway I also
like the item which is a flat shoe of Scarlet. To cut the story short the item
is good, the whole delivery is also good what I don’t like in Zalora is they
sent me the wrong size for my shoes. Although returning the item was free it was
a hassle on my part that I have to travel in the city to look for LBC branch
and change my item. I also don’t like their response time when I needed to
report that the item they send is in wrong size. (When you are buying customer
support is fast in responding when returning item cs is super delay in
responding.) I also can’t make a decent call on their very intricate
instruction of their hotline.

Ordering in Zalora is very
convenient especially on COD but aside from a 200.00 fee added on the amount I
don’t like their careless checking of item to be sent in their customer. Size
really matters to a customer like me and should not be posted on the site if
the items runs out of the size that I ordered.
Overall, I still like to buy in
Zalora but not anytime soon maybe for the next 3 to 5 months, let’s see.
