human can experience and you don’t want to wish to have one, because if migraine
strikes you cannot concentrate to work and be able to finish anything.
According to experts, migraine is a severe, painful headache preceding the sensory warning signs such as blind spots, flashes of light, nausea, vomiting, and increasing sensitivity to light and sounds. Migraines can last for hours or even days.
There is no medical studies that can actually cause migraines however some medication and therapy can be apply to lessen the pain and eventually remove migraines though sometimes these painful migraine keeps on coming back without any warning.

1. Sleep well. Lack of sleep can triggers most headache and migraines. Try
to sleep as soon as you experience migraine after staying awake.
2. Seek a quiet and dark room. A calm environment helps lessen the pain,
stay in the dark room until the pain subsides.
3. Massage the affecting area. It will be help to ease the pain if you
massage your head especially if you use minted oils and creams like eucalyptus
oil or vapor rub.
4. Use hot or cold compress. Hot or cold compress using towel may help ease
the nerves making it relax and make the blood circulation flow freely.
5. Take medication. Paracetamol, ibuprofen, or any medicine for headache may
work for a while.
